Mums & Tots Group  – Friday morning 10.30 at Holy Trinity.  All are welcome to join just remember to bring your 'tot'.

How to Pray ?  One of the very basic things about the Christian life is praying.  Follow this link to read or listen to what Preacher John MacArthur has to say.

Library – Holy Trinity has an extensive library of Christian, reference and fiction books.  Borrow a book at 50 cents a time or pay a yearly susbscription of €10 for unlimited borrowing (€5 for the over 65s).  The library is available for all when the church is open Tuesday-Friday 10am to 1pm.

Church Shop - A selection of christian books, including NIV Bibles used in the church, along with christian music CDs, gifts, a large selection of handmade cards for all occasions and items created by the Master's Crafters Group.

Lunch Box – Come and join us for a social lunch on Wednesdays 12.30 at HTC.  The charge is €4 including wine and  the pot luck menu can be feast or famine depending on the numbers.  A relaxing way to end your errands in town before heading home.

The Giving Basket - We have a basket in the Church Room.  Please give generously any non-perishable foodstuffs for those less fortunate than yourselves.

Water Bottle Tops - The Greek Evangelical Church are collecting these to hand in to the company who manufacture the water bottles in Greece. The company then recycle them and donate to charities or buy wheelchairs, predominately for children. So, only tops from bottled water please. You can also hand them in at the Lighthouse in Kontokali on a Friday or Saturday morning.

The Master’s Crafters Group - get together once a month to share 'crafty' ideas and new items made are for sale on our craft stall.    See more  in The Master's Crafters Album in the Gallery page.

If you have a special craft you wish to share, or want to learn a new one, come along and join us.

Floral Displays – It is lovely to see fresh flowers in the church on Sundays and for the rest of the week.

There is a flower rota on the noticeboard. Contributions and volunteers are always welcome.  If funds or volunteers run ‘dry’ then we will have to fall back on artificial flowers.  Flowers don’t grow on trees, you know!  (Well, they do, actually, but do you really want Oleander every week!)

If you have that special day in mind, a celebration or a commemoration, a birthday, name day, or an anniversary. Special flowers can be arranged.   Perhaps you may wish to supply the flowers, to fund them, or even, do them yourself?   If so, please contact one of the ‘Flower Girls’ on the Rota.

John & Margaret McCammon's visit to Lefkada - January 2014

E.S.C.O.L   (English Speaking Christians Of Lefkada.)

You may have seen our posters around town, you may have wondered who and what we are…

Basically we are, as our title suggests, English Speaking Christians of Lefkada. We meet once a month under the leadership of either visiting clergy from Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Kerkyra, or Jackie Dallos, Reader in Training who lives here in Lefkada. Holy Trinity Corfu serves the English speaking community that lives there, and those passing through on holiday, we aim to do the same here.

The church in Corfu and our group here in Lefkada are open to people of all denominations. Our group here has grown slowly but surely over the last seven years, firstly guided by its instigator Rev. Clifford Owen and then by Rev. John Gulland. We are currently being shepherded by locums as we move through a time of Interregnum whilst a new Chaplain is sought for our MotherChurch in Corfu. With the enthusiasm of a few building it into a group of many we have seen more than 60 people pass through our doors and take part in our services. Our numbers are small these days as people have moved back to the UK, or moved elsewhere but we are always happy to see new faces, and returning familiar ones too.

Worship, fellowship and learning combine to make what is hopefully an important group in our community. We work in partnership with local charity groups assisting with both fundraising and any practical help we can give.

Connect with us and see when our next service is through our Facebook page.
